Every home deserves its own strategy

Every home is unique—its location, features, condition, price point, and the buyers most likely to want it. That’s why I don’t believe in a “one-plan-fits-all” approach to selling real estate.

Putting a home in the MLS, installing a sign, taking photos, and posting it online are simply the basics. A successful marketing plan should go further by asking: Who is the most likely buyer? What will they value most? What homes are we competing against? And how do we make yours stand out?

The answers should shape the strategy. One home may benefit from targeted advertising and video, while another needs exceptional photography, neighborhood outreach, or marketing designed around a specific type of buyer. It’s not about doing everything—it’s about doing the right things for your home.

When interviewing Realtors, don’t just ask, “How will you market my home?” Ask, “What will you do differently to market my home?”

Your home deserves more than a standard checklist. It deserves a strategy built specifically to give it the strongest opportunity to stand out, attract the right buyers, and achieve the best possible result.
